RebirthAuto Porsche 911 Battery Packs. Built for a 1978 model, but should fit a broad range of years.
Pack#1 fits in the rear seat area.
Pack#2 fits in the trunk, where the fuel tank resides.
Kit includes:
1. Insulators.
2. Copper buss set and interconnect.
3. All hardware required for assembly.
4. Mounting brackets, 6061-t6 Billet CNC machined pieces. See in pictures.
5. 576 Headway cells.
6. Assembly Service.
7. Pack rough top balancing service.
The configuration is 6p96s (6x96 = 576 cells) to be assembled with Headway 38120 type cells.
>Using Headway 38120S (10Ah Energy Cell):
Nominal Energy: (576 cells x 3.2V x 10Ah) 18.4kWh
Nominal Peak power: (96 series x 3.2V x 600A peak) 184kW (not considering voltage sag)
Cell weight: 576 x 330g = 190kg + 20% (est battery box system)= 228kg
Max cell charge to remain under 340V :3.54V
Pack voltage @ 3.75V/cell : 360V
